Please note: If you are a client of Prodigy Billing LLC that uses the Billing Service services you are subject to the standard Billing Service Agreement Terms of Servies ("The BSA TOS"), including the the Exhibits and Annexes of the BSA TOS, which are part of your agreement with Prodigy Billing, LLC.
