Credentialing Services

 The Basics (free w/ signed billing service agreement)

We will review your NPPES registry information to make sure it is current and up to date. As well as submit demographic updates and changes as needed to each payer. We will ensure that all license/insurance/address/banking information is accurate in the payer's systems upon onboarding with our billing service.

Medicare ($250 Per Provider) Medicaid ($150 per provider)

With some minimal assistance from the clients, we will submit government contracting applications to the payers in an attempt to join the network.

**Your CAQH/NPI registration must be current/accurate before submitting applications.

 Commercial Insurance Contracting (100 per provider)

**Commercial, Marketplace, Managed Care, and all others

We will submit contract requests to any payers you wish to be in the network with. We will serve as the primary point of contact until it is time to sign the contract.

**Your CAQH/NPI registration must be current/accurate before submitting applications. 

 CAQH Registration ($175/per provider)

We will enroll, correct, and verify all information is accurate and up to date to begin credentialing with payers and submitting contract requests.

 NPI Registration & Updates $50/per provider

We will enroll, correct, and/or verify all information is accurate and up to date to begin credentialing with payers and file claims.

Maintenance Plans (Ask about pricing!)

Ongoing maintenance includes maintenance of CAQH, re-attestation, uploading new documents, and ensuring the provider remains active with plans.
